I found the staff friendly. They created such a cute atmosphere. the restaurant stands out with its gluten-free options, a real plus for many guests. the hotel's proximity to the beach really impressed me. It is directly across from it!
I noticed the lift stops between floors. This requires climbing a few stairs, a minor inconvenience.

The room provided an AMAZING view, allowing me to see the seascape and caldy island. it had everything needed and was quite peaceful. I slept so well!!!

the room included a sea view. it basically. the bedding and towels were pristine. i found the bed comfortable and breakfast was delicious. i was happy with my stay and would book again.
the room was very dated. it definitely needs some refurbishment, i think. also, i noticed the restaurant was closed when i arrived, a shame.

The lounge area featured comfortable seating. there was also a bar area for drinks and relaxation. The dining room was super clean too, awesome for a relaxed meal and the space was well maintained.

the hotel offered convenient access to the beach. i also found shops, bars and restaurants nearby, all just seconds from the hotel. the location was perfect and scenic. i loved this.

central location easy access friendly staff dated room inconsistent wifi noticeable noise
the location was central it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the staff was friendly they were always available to assist. breakfast included a good choice of items it was also fresh.
the room felt dated it needed updating. wifi was inconsistent i had difficulty connecting at times. noise from neighboring rooms was noticeable it disrupted sleep.

Location is acceptable. It is right on the sea front.
the room i booked was old and looked very grubby. net curtains were filthy, it was not a nice sight. the taps in the shower were barely lukewarm.

ample beverages comfortable beds
the downstairs lounge felt modern. It also felt cute. The room provided ample beverages for hot drinks, including fresh towels daily. Beds were comfortable.
starting at 8 am a loud generator was right by my window, preventing sleep. builders were on scaffolding. They were passing right by the window.
